ROCK ISLAND, IL - Smart systems make the smart home. And by incorporating their most advanced HVAC units and accessories into one seamless, integrated packaged known as the Evolution System, Bryant and Crawford Co. are transforming home across the Quad-City Area to be smarter than ever.
For the first time, homeowners can now manage all six-comfort functions – temperature, humidity, airflow, ventilation, indoor-air-quality (IAQ) and zoning – via one easy to navigate single control. And not only is the system a cinch to use, but homeowners can manage up to eight different zone settings and enjoy longer heating and cooling cycles at lower fan speeds, which translates into energy savings and more consistent temperatures throughout the home.
“With Bryant’s Evolution System, home comfort is more than just temperature settings, humidity control, and IAQ,” said Kevin Dudash, Bryant brand manager. “It’s a mindset you get when you are totally confident in your ability to set your system for optimum performance. It includes knowing your system is always on alert for changes in surroundings and comes equipped with Energy Star certified efficiency.”
At the hub of this system is the Evolution Control, which allows for superior management with an easy-to-read large backlit display. The control also offers advanced communication capabilities that advise homeowners when it’s time for regular maintenance and filter changes. And skip the phone book; the control even displays the local Bryant installer’s phone number to make scheduling simple.
The basic Evolution System includes the Evolution Control, one of Bryant’s best-in-class variable-speed furnaces or fan coil, and either a Bryant heat pump or air conditioner featuring a Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER) of 16.5 that uses non-ozone-depleting Puron refrigerant.
The complete system offers several different options that improve overall comfort and IAQ, including: humidifiers, ventilation systems, ultraviolet germicidal lights, and electronic air cleaners that trap airborne particles.
“Crawford is proud to have a long-standing affiliation with Bryant,” said Bob Frink, Crawford president. “The Evolution System is an excellent offering. This product, coupled with our experienced team of installers, technicians, and estimators makes Crawford and Bryant a great choice for Quad-City homeowners.”
